Hello,

We are filling out the I-864 and for Part 3 we are confused.

Our daughter is a USC and is in Australia. Do we include her in this section? If so, does my husband pick Option 1 (sponsoring principal applicant) and option 2 (the following family members immigrating at the same time)

Do we add just our daughter in Part 3 for Family Member 1 or do we add me again?

Hello,

My husband is loading the following to the NBC for the AOS:

1. x 3 tax transcripts, 2018, 2017, 2016

2. a employment verification letter

3. a letter from the employer

4. x 2 pay stubs

5. i-864

He spent 6 years in the Navy. 2019 did not work and now works for the fed government.

is this ok?

DS-5540 for K2?

Hello everyone, is there a template for a revalidation letter that is required during the interview? Thank you!

Revalidation Letter: Copy only Your I-129F petition may expire by the time you attend your final visa interview. To revalidate your petition, please have your U.S. citizen fianc (e) provide you with a letter requesting that your petition be extended to a further 4 months from the approval date of the I-129F petition. This letter must be dated and signed by your fianc (e) The letter from your U.S. citizen fianc (e) should state their intention to still marry you within 90 days of your arrival into the U.S. with the K-1 visa and that you both are still free to marry.
