Hi, Currently waiting for my NOA2. I was hoping to commence some study in the states, would I be able to apply for a student visa and be approved? I would obviously have to go to a US embassy for my interviews etc when the time comes (for my K1) and then re-enter. My original plan was just to do the K1 visa and then commence study once that process was completed. It would be to make up the subjects required so I can eventually gain registration as a nurse in the USA. Any advice is appreciated

Hi everyone, my US fianc has just moved into an apartment from living in the barracks. Does the address change need to be made on our application? We only have our NOA1 at the moment but have paperwork being sent to his dads in MD he is in CA. would it be worth changing the mailing address or just leave it at his dads ? He is dad is happy and aware if we get an RFE he will need to send the letter ASAP thanks In advance

Hello all, With all the bans and the visa services closed around the world, I am wondering if visa processing times at USCIS will be impacted? I would hope that the few applications that are still being processed would go quicker as there are a lot less coming in. I have a E-3 I-129 pending at the Vermont Center. As anybody any insight on whats happening at USCIS?
