US Immigration from Australia

Hi everyone.

I didnt realise the sponsor had to file a change of address as well so we are getting on that now but i'm wondering what I should put as the effective date of I-865 change of address form?

I heard/saw if its past 30 days then the sponsor can get in trouble or fined and I definitely filed my AR-11 more than 30 days ago.

Should i put the date i filed my AR-11 or should i just put a date within the last 30 days??

Hi all. I'm new here so apologies in advance if I'm not getting this right!

I'm getting my evidence together and I have a question about the submission of photos. My partner and I have only met in person once and I think we have maybe 2 photos of us together. I know it seems strange but we just don't take pictures...of anything! So now I'm pretty concerned that I won't have enough evidence that we met. I have compiled evidence of my trip like boarding passes, bank records, a hotel receipt and some other stuff. What do you think I should do?

We are looking for our options back to the USA from Australia right now which still has pretty strict travel requirements.

Has anyone had any luck with any of the airlines on moving with their pets with the whole COVID on?

Page 6 of I-944 instructions says "Submit any tax transcripts for any income taxes that you or your household members filed with any foreign government if you or your household members were residing outside of the United States during any time within the most recent tax year and you were not required to file a federal individual income tax return with the United States government."

Today, I just found out my husband hasn't filed his Australian taxes since 2017. I'm not sure what to do. Should I just submit his 2017 tax form? Should he quickly only do 2019 return so we can provide it for I-944 purpose? He owes about 12k (independent contractor) just from this most recent year Big chunk of money to just hand over right now without me being aware of the situation.

I am an Aussie who came over on a K1 and have a pending AOS. My interview was meant to happen right before the Covid shutdowns and given I m in Portland OR I think it will take a while for the interview to be rescheduled.

Given what s going on right now my partner and I are thinking of bouncing and going back to Australia on the partner visa and going to uni back home, however these visas are taking up to two years to process at the moment, during which time we would want to be together and would stay here in the US waiting for the AOS (knowing if I left I would need to abandon the green card should I get my interview and apply from the beginning again if we want to come back.)

My main question is has anyone ever had both of these visa applications going at the same time? Is it allowed?
