US Immigration from Australia

So, got married to my partner in July, based on my k1 visa. Took months to get marriage certificate from County. Infact, got the certificate AFTER priority date, im still within my 180 days of incuring unlawful presence however, we are filling AOS this week, just finalising paperwork, since we married within the 90 days and im in America, are we doing this the correct way of filling AOS or is there something else we have to do?

Trying to fill this out, and theres a few parts that are confusing me because the answers are not jumping out at me in an obvious way.

thus number 21 of Country that issued passport or travel docu do i list my home country since they did my passport, or do i have to put USA since they did my k1 visa?

-number 22 non immigrant visa number from said passport
I have the visa in my passport with picture and my partners info as petitioner, but theres a bunch of numbers all over it, so which number is it asking for exactly?

25.a when arrived and inspected what do i put in for "admitted as"
26.a i wasn't issued a i-94 do i need to look all this up online and fill out the rest of the area for it?

Married now but what would my status be exactly?

Do i answer this as a yes or no since i used the consulate in Australia for my interview and so on?

Hi All,

We are at the NVC stage of the process and we submitted all the required documents on 31st October.

I m a New Zealand citizen currently residing in Australia. So we requested our case to be processed here in Sydney, Australia.

My query is - do I have to submit evidence of my Australia visa status to NVC ?

Also, I m aware if I upload any new document on CEAC it will put us back in the queue and will reset the clock.

Hey everyone,

Life got away from me and I just realized that I was supposed to file my I-175 form by the time my conditional residency expired on 9/18/21. It's now 10 weeks past that date and I don't really have a 'good cause' reason, except that this year sucked and I was just so distracted with COVID and my work that I forgot to check the expiration date.

I am getting together all the documentation I need and will file the form in the next week. Has anyone had this same experience or am I the only silly one? I am scared that they will deny my condition removal!

I filed for my husbands i130 last year and we got our approval notice this past October. I've been collecting police certificates and court documents and I'm starting to panic. He has 5 arrest - 4 which happened 15 years ago when he was 16/17 years old. Im worried about two things. The number of arrests, even though all were without conviction, but he was told to plead guilty so there is a penally of small fines. But there are also two seperate drug related charges. One change is possession of marijuana (1 gram) and the other is of a pipe.

I spoke to a lawyer and he asked if my husband declared this on his ETSA forms when he visited the states in 2013. I honestly don't think he did. not to be deceiving anyone but because he though since he was a minor it didn't matter.

Should I be preparing for an automatic denial at the interview? how bad is it about the ETSA form? am I going to have to appeal?

we. have two babies. I can't imagine living outside of America one minute longer.
