Hi, my fianc arrived here a couple of weeks ago on his K1. We have until 2/22/20 to marry and adjust status. We re having a formal wedding in April, so just the technical one (courthouse style) will take place soon. We re moving cross country in February and will have our new permanent address as of 2/10/20. Here s my question: is it best to apply for AOS from my current location, and then notify USCIS of our address change? Or would we be better off waiting until we move and then sending everything in from our new address before 2/22? I was hoping to submit AOS right after marriage, but I m worried the change of address once we move will screw everything up and could possibly delay things. Does anyone have any insight or experience? Our original K1 petition was lost for 5 months in the government shutdown, so I don t have much faith in the system. One more unrelated question, does anyone know if it s possible or have experience traveling to Puerto Rico before receiving AP? I assume since it s a US territory it s allowed, but don t want to risk anything. Thank you!

Petitioner might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile. This is what is written in email from case FE review note from NVC. All documents have been accepted, though, what do i do? Am I to wait to be DQ'ed or am I to submit more documents because they have three years of tax transcripts?

Hi, I have a specific question for someone who has had success with filling out the 864 Affidavid of Support. I'm filing for my husband and have no other dependents. Would I leave Part 5 #3 as 0 since he is already presented in #1? Note: If I out a 1 for #1 & #3 then it autopopulates as household members instead of my desired 2. Thoughts!?

Hi all! I need to confirm with someone who knows if you can submit the NVC documentation on all on the CEAC website or if they want you to physically mail it in? I understand it's different depending on the consulate so curious if anyone has Australian insight. Thank you, greatly appreciate it!

On Travel.State.Gov it says the following: Obtain the following records and bring them to your medical examination: - Your vaccination immunization records
- Any prior chest x-rays
- Copies of your medical history records
- Your passport, identity card, laissez-passer, or travel document
Is it essential to bring medical history records to this appointment? What if it is not possible? I have a complete vaccination immunization record, just not medical history record. Also a have had a couple of chest x-rays over my life, but no longer have them in possession. Will this be a problem? Thanks!
