Hi everyone, Hoping to get some insight on form I-134 for K1 (Australia). I make 27,XXX annual gross salary as an employee. I also am self employed to where I make about 5k a year. I realize I am over the 125% mark with just my employee salary, so is it necessary for me to add my self employed income and its tax forms? I haven't been able to find anything on people marking both employee and self employed on the I-134.

Hello all, My husband (USC) moved back to the United States Wednesday just gone leaving myself and our 7 month old girl behind (we are so sad but it has to happen). When we submitted the i-130 his physical address was ours in Australia. Now that he has returned the US (to re-establish domicile and get a job etc) does he need to update that with his current US address? Is this with USCIS still as we are still waiting an approval on the petition? Or should we wait to the NVC stage to do this? Thanks

Hi, I'm interested to see how many of us 12/10/18 and onwards I-751 filers who have had their application approved, have been required to have an interview as part of their removal of conditions process. Curious to see how the "new" guidelines have affected applications and why. So it would be great if you could include whether or not you've previously had an interview within the US (for example, for the Adjustment of Status) and which visa you entered the country on. I'm a Feb 2019 filer, originally a K1 fiance visa holder and am yet to have an interview scheduled or approval received. Thanks to anyone and everyone for your input!

I'm currently filling out the I-129F and my partner and I are discussing different plans for the future. I'm in Australia (her home country) with her on a tourist visa. I have a few questions regarding different scenarios. She was in the U.S. in November when I met here and has a current ESTA. She was in the U.S. for two weeks. An ideal situation for us is that she could come back with me utilizing her ESTA for what it's worth (close to three months). I've read that this is legally possible but could be risky? Another situation is that she has family in New Zealand that we could stay with. I could go there on a NZ Working Holiday Visa while we wait out the K1 outcome with her going back to Australia to do the required parts of the process. In terms of domicile and the I-134 Affidavit of Support my father has agreed to sponsor us and I live on family land with him in which he agreed to provide a lease statement showing my intent to live there. Like everyone else here we don't want to do long distance, hence trying to be creative in that pursuit. Is it possible to have our cake and eat it too?
