US Immigration from Argentina

my husband and I moved around two weeks ago. Immediately after moving, I filed AR-11 and he filed form I-865. Today we received the NOA confirming the change of address, and it starts with LIN. In January next year we have to file for ROC. Does that mean that my ROC will be processed at LIN service center?

I'm going to start the process to bring my siblings and my mom to the US. I have a couple of questions

1- do I need to file different application for each member?

2- I need to send birth certificates to prove my relationship with my siblings, they need to be translated from Spanish. can I do the translation or does it need to be an official one (done by an accredited translation agency). I'm asking this bc i translated my own birth certificatye when I did the AOS for my K1 visa, so I was wondering if this will be still something that i can do, and save some money

Hello to all of my waiting-in-purgatory mates!

My wife and my case was DQ'd on 7/22 and we have yet to be scheduled. Based on what I have been able to glean from the experiences/timelines of others, the embassy in Arg seems to be taking around 3-4 weeks to schedule interviews. I wanted to start a new thread for those of us in line to be able to track each other's progress.

for the statement - "receive a decision or other notice after 90 days". would this be from the receipt date? or the date of the response?

I filed for K1 in Argentina, I'm the beneficiary. I'm only missing the interview which is on the 18th, but my problem is that I'm adopted. I was adopted at only 20 days old and here in Argentina we have something called "adopcion plena" which means if I request my official birth certificate, my adoptive parents show up and not my biological ones.

I went to request my official adoption papers but the office is closed due to covid and they have not responded to emails yet. Should I move my interview date?

What happens to people who have no way to get their adoption papers, or even people who aren't aware they're adopted?
