how do I check the approval estimates in my timeline in VJ? I see approval estimates on the home page, but it takes me to my own timeline and I can t find anything in there.

My spouse and I were married in September 2021 and are awaiting the CR-1 filed this past January. I (US citizen) sent my tax forms and my wife (beneficiary) received them today. There is only one tax representative in her country who can assist with the ITIN so she contacted them today about making an appointment. According to their timeline, it will be a "delay of 13-16 weeks for the assignment of the ITIN." From everything I've read, the delay is about 7 weeks, so are there any couples here who can give an account of how long that took? If it is going to take that long, should I ask for an extension for my taxes to be submitted so I don't get penalized? Also, they are wanting to charge her $300 USD to file everything, I'm not sure if that's normal or is a scam.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Long time no see! So, I thought I would start a thread for those that are from Argentina going through the process of the ROC in 2022 based on a green card through marriage.

-Birth certificate of children (if applicable)

-Proof of traveling together

Remember: The idea is to prove that you have cohabitation (living in the same address) and comingling financially (you have merged your finances both liabilities and assets).

**Please note it gets much more detailed, I am only providing a simple general list so we can get some starting points.**

Hello everyone -

I came to the US back in 2018. Received my 2 year green card in 2020, and it s expiring in April 2022.

We re having a baby boy in May (yay!!) and we re very excited to say the least. However, with preparing for the baby, I still haven t submitted my paperwork to adjust my status. I think my question here is, is it too late? Am I going to have a expired green card? My passport expires in March as well so I don t want to be without any current documentation.

Any advise I d appreciate. Thanks!!
