US Immigration from Anguilla

Good morning, I just got a denial letter for my i485 and just found out that a rfe was sent to my old address a year ago that I did it even know about .I am still unsure if this is the real reason why I got denied because I submitted a ar11 form the same week I moved and got a confirmation email months before that rfe was mailed. Has anyone ever experienced something similar to this and what were the steps you used to overcome ? Should I reopen this case or just get a lawyer to take care of it

I am in the process of getting a green card through marriage and I would like to know if I can do anything to remain here legally and work after I divorce my spouse . Things aren t working out and it s getting toxic and depressing but I don t want to leave my kids and get deported .I already have my social and work permit ,what can I do to stay and work ?

Am I considered a permanent resident if I m in process of receiving a green card , I did not comeplete my interview as yet I m just waiting and I want to know what is my status ?

Does anyone know or had an experience of traveling out the U.S on advance parole or temporary travel document and not being able to return ? I understand there s a chance that custom border might give an issue even if u travel out on the travel document and I m tying to travel to my home country for about two weeks , please help .

I filed my green card application on march 05 and received my receipt notices in a week . What pieces of documents do I need to renew my drivers license and how long does uscis takes to send me those documents ?
