Are DV2020 visa holder allowed to enter the US?

My cousin is from Algeria. He was lucky to pass his interview back in February and obtained a DV-1 visa.

He booked a ticket but unfortunately, he was not able to travel to the US due to Trump s ban of flights from Shengen area which his flight was transitioning though.

I know there s another ban in effect on new immigrants.

Given that his visa will expire in army August, he is trying to book a ticket to the US with a stopover in Paris, France.

My question is: can he enter the US now?

If not on what basis he will be denied entry? Is it going to be because of the immigrants ban? Or because of transitioning through Shengen area?

Was any one able to enter the US with a DV-1 Visa recently?

Thank you for your help.

Good Afternoon all.

My state has currently started a thing where they are helping people pay their rent during COVID-19. I have been good so far but my work is talking about cutting back hours now. I am considered and essential working so I ve been lucky this far. My question is if I need to use it would it in fact affect my husbands AOS? I tried looking it up online but honestly the lawyer talk just makes me head hurt. I would appreciate any kind of help. Thank you in advance.

Has anyone else been waiting months just for a biometrics appointment? We are going on 5 months and can t even get an appointment. I don t know what else to do whom else to call. This is completely frustrating and I am tired of talking to USCIS because they don t care. Someone else tell me I m not alone and what I can do please. I am getting so frustrated.
