US Immigration from Algeria

My wife she is over sea and I filled I30 for her ,now USCIS ask for proof to bona fide marriage, I know they do that when you are living in the USA together but not when she over sea did anyone came across same thing ?

My Dad have only work experience and I already check the SVP in the website: WWW.O.NETONLINE.COM. I did not understand what it's next after the SVP and we leave the question of the education empty?

Hi we had our I 485 interview yesterday based on marriage case and we think we didn't do well my wife the petitioner panicked answered wrong and I'm in removal proceeding when do you think we can have the second interview the officer said 120days you get an answer

Hi all. Was wondering if anybody knew:

1. What was the original wait time for an interview after being DQ'd at NVC before Covid

2. Has anybody been granted an interview since the embassy opened back up in September?

Hello my husband is waiting for interview (And Medical test) since June 2020 (CR-1)...

2 months ago they diagnosed him with a mass on his throat that needs to be operated we requested on NVC if they can expedite they said no! Of course We sent doctors letter non employment documents and evywe thought were helpful Anyone is already been interviewed? The said they are open working in limited cases but I dont see any progress we have been waiting 2 years since we filed the
I-130. Right now my visa for visit Algeria is expired and cant renew just for the situation of Covid.
