Does anyone know how I can tell when NVC starts reviewing documents? Does the status change in the account to in Review?

Their timeline currently is 2 months. From experience, has it ever been less that that for anyone?

How do I sign the Affidavit of Support for NVC? Should I print it, sign and then rescan and upload to NVC? This is for I-130 application.

NVC asks for IRS Transcripts from the sponsor. There are currently 4 available transcripts on my online account. Which one should I upload? The tax return transcript which includes "adjusted gross income (AGI) from the original Form 1040-series tax return as filed, along with any forms and schedules" ?

Hello everyone,

Our I-130 has been approved and we are required to submit documents to NVC for further processing. For the sponsor, only the affidavit of support and IRS transcript are requested. Should I include other documents? What documents has NVC requested from the sponsor on this application type? Did you submit relationship proof on your NVC case?

Just want to make sure I submit all the necessary documents so NVC doesn't delay my case.

Hoping someone can help guide me on how to resolve the below issue.

We received the following case alert today it says Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for petitioner.

However, I think this has been sent to us in error. I already uploaded all of my 2020 W2 s and my 2020 1099 form and they were accepted. I do not have any additional 2020 W2 s or 1099 forms to submit.

I even have a screenshot from the CEAC site that shows these documents were accepted.

Has this happened to anyone here and how did you go about fixing it? How did you tell them that there aren t any additional documents to submit?
