US Immigration from Albania

Hello everyone,

Our I-130 has been approved and we are required to submit documents to NVC for further processing. For the sponsor, only the affidavit of support and IRS transcript are requested. Should I include other documents? What documents has NVC requested from the sponsor on this application type? Did you submit relationship proof on your NVC case?

Just want to make sure I submit all the necessary documents so NVC doesn't delay my case.

Hoping someone can help guide me on how to resolve the below issue.

We received the following case alert today it says Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for petitioner.

However, I think this has been sent to us in error. I already uploaded all of my 2020 W2 s and my 2020 1099 form and they were accepted. I do not have any additional 2020 W2 s or 1099 forms to submit.

I even have a screenshot from the CEAC site that shows these documents were accepted.

Has this happened to anyone here and how did you go about fixing it? How did you tell them that there aren t any additional documents to submit?

I came to the U.S. on a work visa, then my Visa got expired I could not extend my Visa because I 140 got approved after two months of my Visa expiry date, but I didn't leave the United States because I was dating an American citizen. Now, about two years later, we have gotten married, But I had issues with the marriage so I left the USA (Now I have a travel ban for 10 years), later I filed my Divorce after three years of marriage. now my company that filled my Employment-based green card my priority dates are getting current next month can I apply for GC through consular processing will there be any denial?.

I don't have any criminal records in USA, Also I don't think I am eligible for any Visa waiver program. since I have "unlawfully present" in the U.S. for two years I have 10 years ban by default since I left the country.
IT is been 7 years I am living outside of the USA. can I wait for another 3 years to re-apply for any of my immigration or non-immigration visas? so they still need a waiver after 10 years ?

Hi all, my husband is here on B2. Came 03/01/2020, filed for extension 06/2020, on 01/01/2021 got notice to file more info to support extension due 02/10/2021 ( we will file what they want).

We are gathering everything we need for AOS through RapidVisa; our concern is if he overstays his 1 year limit on his current visa (with or without extension approval). Our case is rather simple, but with all the paperwork and things to be done, we are wondering what to do with the fact that he may become illegal in the few coming weeks. Thanks!
