Hello all,

We are getting ready to apply for my husband's citizenship and in the application it asks about the employment history during the time he has been a resident. In the first year and a half my husband was not working but studying for his real estate exam. It took a bit longer because of language barriers. During this time he did NOT claim any unemployment benefits or anything. What should I add in that history for a year and a half?

Beneficiary(Spouse abroad) moved after I-130 approval, do we need to update USCIS or NVC?

Hello, my husband who lives abroad just moved to a new apartment.

Our I-130 has been approved and our case is at NVC.

We only paid our fees and did not submit any form or document yet.

Do we need to inform USCIS or NVC about change of address?

i can't find any info about this.

Hi, apologies if this is a repeated question, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting info.

I don't think I need to upload my past wedding certification from my former marriage, but i have to upload only the divorce decree, cause I'm filing for my husband. Is this right?

Do I need to upload my previous marriage certificate as well?

Marriage and divorce took place in the US in 2001.

(I am US citizen sponsoring my husband who lives in Albania)

Hello, we are at NVC state (our I-130 has been approved)

i am the us citizen and my husband is overseas going through consular process.

my question is: for my financial support documents: Do I need to include w2 and 1099 as well? Along with irs tax returns? How many years?
