US Immigration from Albania

Hey so I know there will be a change to the filings fees for certain forms. As it stands now when filing the i-485 for AOS from a K1 visa on the guide it still says that the cost of the -131 and i765 are free. Is that still the case or does it cost to file the forms now? Can they be send and filled together with the i485? Thanks!

Hey. I saw there was a similar thread for 2017 and 2018 but I couldn't find one for 2019. Would you be interested in following the progress of other New York filers? I thought we could discuss our timelines, interview experiences with the local offices, and keep track of when EADs will start coming in. Anyone interested?

Very true, that is what we had to contend with. Since at the time of my wife's POE, CBP was still filling out paper I-94s longhand. It took CBP over six weeks to manually enter my wife's data into their SAVE computer system. We had multiple times in the queues at the local SSA office. Finally, it did help having the SS-5 app already filled out, it eventually shortened our last visit considerably.

On the SS-5 application, it asks if your legally allowed to work. Can i put yes of arriving on K1 ?
