Hello, i just put information on our timeline when i remembered that we had our interview scheduled back in February 23rd by the embassy, but i missed it because the embassy never notified me nor my lawyer of the interview date. We only found out after our lawyer had a state senator contact NVC which was too late by a week or so then the pandemic happened.

this makes me a little bit angry. But im wondering if this has happened with anyone else too?

I have a few questions if someone has any experience with this. I am a student and have never filed my taxes and always been my father's dependent. I have filed for my spouse to come to the U.S.. I have a joint sponsor and that part is covered. For this step of the process I have:

I-864 AOS Completed by me (the petitioner)

i-864 AOS Completed by my joint sponsor

My 2019,2018,2017 and Wage and Income Requirements from IRS

My 2019,2018,2017 Non-Filing letter from IRS

Joint Sponsor's 2019,2018,2017 Tax Returns

Is this sufficient to submit for AOS?

Also for the form itself, the USCIS Account Number is that number given through the receipt, correct? Is this the same number for my spouse and myself as well? Are you putting "None" in all the blank spaces since I cannot put in "N/A" since it does not let other symbols in the text boxes. I am also putting 000s where I do not have anything to add such as the Alien number. Also, as I mentioned I am a student so as my employment should I put "student" and my university? For my total income, should I put $0 even though I have received financial aid and scholarships? And lastly, is mailing information in Part 2 my spouse's mailing information overseas or my mailing information (the petitioner).
