I129F denied due to 2 year meeting requirement, next steps for person with flying phobia? (merged)
I have severe flying phobia and even with medical evidence and the financial support, USCIS denied my I-129F application. The beneficiary's family are long time friends and lives in Sri Lanka. I will now file a CR1 but I cannot fly, especially since going to Sri Lanka from USA requires minimum 16+ hours and 3 flight changes. Only a person with flying phobia can understand. Help?

My fiance got denied boarding with a valid K-1 Visa, transiting through Paris
She is flying from Tunis to Paris and then to the US. They stopped her at the airport and said k-1 visas were not allowed. How is this possible? I'm speechless right now.

I have seen several people talk about how nervous they are about sending their naturalization certificate in the mail to apply for their passport.. When checking different websites it seems as if you can't even apply for a passport via mail when it's your first passport, so what do all these people mean about sending their naturalization certificate?

Contradicting Information about CAD/USA Land Border
I've heard that individuals have phoned the CBA and have been told K1's are considered essential and able to cross the land border. I emailed the CBA 2 weeks ago and was told that K1's are not considered essential. However they did suggest I phone the post I plan on using. Thoughts?

My mother was coming to the US on immigrant grant visa which when she arrives in US will grant her a Green Card. Well, she had a transfer at Zurich airport and they didn't let her go to us, she has to go back to Ukraine. Her visa expires on July 2nd! Help!

President Trump is expected to sign an order to suspend H-1B, L-1 and other temporary work visas through the end of the year, according to the multiple sources familiar with the plan.
