K1 Visa Rejected Due to Lack of Evidence of Relationship (Vietnam)
After waiting since April due to covid, my fiance finally had her interview today and was rejected. We have met 5 times prior to covid and haven't been able to be together for over 1.5 years due to covid. The interviewer said they did not have time to look over the paperwork, and in the same breath told my fiance that she didn't bring enough evidence to support our case that we have a "bona fide relationship"...

From vaccines to testing: What travelers need to know before the new US travel system launches on Nov. 8
The White House has announced that a new air travel system will take effect Nov. 8, allowing entry for fully vaccinated foreign tourists. The system is set to launch more than 20 months after the U.S. began imposing travel restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The move by the White House will essentially have the U.S. drop its travel ban on dozens of countries while also making entry more challenging for the unvaccinated. The new system will allow entry for foreign nationals only with vaccinations approved by the World Health Organization and would add testing requirements for unvaccinated Americans.

Consulate Visited My Spouses Home
This morning someone from the US consulate came and visited my husbands apartment in Lagos, Nigeria randomly. They asked if he lived alone, verified his identity with a passport photo that we had provided them at the time of our visa application, asked if they could do an inspection of the apartment (looked throughly through his wardrobe, bathrooms and kitchen) etc....

That said, our intention is to move to the US to live permanently....

Saint Luke's announces mandatory COVID vaccine and RT-PCR testing
Saint Luke's Extension Clinic just announced MANDATORY completion of COVID vaccination before any medical will be issued in the Philippines.  Pretty much putting to rest any speculation about what COVID vaccine policy will be going forward.  No vaccine, no medical report.  If it is a two dose vaccine both doses must be completed on schedule for a medical report to be issued.

Have you wondered how affected international travel has been due to Covid?  The Caribbean seems to be recovering (US vacations?) but everything else is still significantly down.  Asia is 6% of pre-Covid levels.  Europe is 9% of pre-Covid levels.  Central and South America are at 50% of pre-Covid levels.  We mined relevant data through March of this year (below).
