Jane and Mike met online roughly around October 28, 2008 at the website Cherry Blossoms. For both of us it was love within the first week. We talked as most others here do daily via yahoo messenger, Eyeball chat, Skype, email, texts, and phone. May 1, 2009 Mike flew to the Philippines and met Jane in person for the first time. After spending two days in Manila at the Renaissance Makati (Marriott) very nice hotel. We traveled to her home town of Ozamiz City. On May 6th, Mike asked her mother and father for permission to marry Jane. A big festive feast with a roast pig on a spit was prepared and in front of 70+ members of Jane's family and friends Mike got down on one knee and asked Jane for her hand in marriage. She said yes. May 9, 2001 Mike flew back to Wisconsin. June 19, 2009 we received NOA1, September 17, 2009 we received NOA2.
