I met Penny through her auntie who was the 1st person to message me off of cherryblossoms.com, she told me about Penny, when I saw her, I didnt even need to chat with anyone off the website.
I went to the Philippines 6 months after we started communicating. I was there from 12/25/2008 until 01/18/2009.
Unfortunately, I had to wait until May 25th, 2009 to file her petition cause she wasn't 18 yet. I just filed it 1 day ago and am anxious to see what happens.
