I met Neil in October 2007 on a vacation to Jamaica. I was not looking to meet anyone but was unexpectedly single (had a boyfriend when I booked the trip). We were both bartenders and we ended up talking late into the night the first time we met. I trusted him and let him take me around for the rest of the trip when he wasn't working. It was abeautiful and intense week!
We kept in touch after I left and by the time we had our K1 interview in
November 2008 I had been down to visit him six times, and I was eight months pregnant! Needless to say, in my condition, the visa was approved no problem. We now have a beautiful baby boy together as well as a strong but young marriage.
