My husband and I were married in his hometown of Melbourne Australia May 15, 2007. He arrived here on a B-2 visa and the original plan was for us to move back to Australia. Due to a change in circumstances were going to be staying here in the states for awhile. We sent off the I-485 and I-130 packet April 28th 2008 and they received it in Chicago on April 30th 2008. Now we wait....
