  1. wow that's really lucky of you to get combo card! How long did it take for you to get it?
  2. Our case was sent to DOS yesterday. It took 62 days in total.
  3. No. I'm Apr 4 still no process at all. I hear they're starting to send cases around Apr 3-4 to DOS lately. The late March cases were sent on early May. I don't know why they need a full month to send a week's cases and still haven't finshed sending all.
  4. My status is still Case Approved. I noticed the two weeks mark pattern. But there're still cases been sent every day, not many only a few per day.
  5. May I know where to check how many cases are sent to DOS?
  6. They only sent out 5 cases per day to DOS????😳 Same here skipped range. It's so unfair becuse we're waiting extra long to DOS now. Those got NOA2 a week before us already sent to DOS a month ago. I don't understand at all... Anyway hopefully we can hear back soon, if they really stick to the time order. There's no way they skip cases to DOS again.
  7. I got my NOA2 on Apr4. It's been 61 days without any update. I noticed the people got NOA2 a week before me got sent to DOS one month ago. Does USCIS need to take a month to send a week's cases to DOS? I wonder if they process according to NOA2 date order.
  8. I just want to know in advance if I could get a expedite due to the planned wedding ceremony, because my original ceremony has already been delayed due to they skipped my I-129F. I got my NOA2 in early April, so I think I should be able to get the visa and apply for GC, EAD, AP by the end of this year. I plan to put the wedding in next Autumn, so as long as I could hear back within 9-10 months it should be fine. I'm just wondering if I don't get any feedback both GC or AP before that, could I use the ceremony as a reason to get expedite.
  9. I booked the ceremony last summer thinking I would get my visa by this summer, but unfortunately USCIS skipped my I-129f so it caused extra 3-4 months for my visa process. And according to everyone's suggestion, it's better not to have any kind of ceremony before the visa otherwise it'd be considered "too married for K1", so I managed to postpone the ceremonies to next Autumn, and for the venue usually needs to be reserved one year in advance to secure the date. I think I should be able to file for the Advance Parole by the end of this year. According to other's timeline, it could take from 3-12 months to get AP. I would be happy as long as I can get it within 9 months, but if bad luck happens again I will have to file for an expedite. I do see that USCIS list Wedding or personal commitment as one of the reasons to get expedite on their official website, under the catogory under Humanitarian parole. So I want to see if anyone has any kind of experience of doing that.
  10. Well USCIS does list Wedding or personal commitment as one of the reasons to get expedite on their official website.
  11. I got my NOA2 in April. I do see that USCIS list the wedding ceremony in their list of getting expedite.
  12. I saw online that it can take more than one year to get the AP, and you can request an expedite for it. I'm just wondering is the fixed wedding ceremony back in home country a solid reason for getting an expedite?
  13. I tried to submit an Outside Normal Processing Time Inquiry, but it shows "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage." However, their normal processing time now is 8 months, so clearly the skipped range already passed that time.
  14. It's been way too long and unfair. They can't just leave that amount of cases unprocessed for so long. It's already been three months since they skipped it.
