  1. It's all good, at least there's progress. When I got my RFE, I replied lighting fast and sent the evidence priority mail. We were approved a week after the received our info.
  2. Thanks for the advice. Still at approved by USCIS. Not even attempting to send it or update our status. I'm going to ask again through PI and reach out to a politician. They are creating cases sent to them on October 8th and we were approved August 13th
  3. Inquiry sent on 10/6, Reply 10/8 USCIS inquiry Response: We acknowledge your concern regarding the transfer of your petition to the NVC. Currently, we are experiencing a delay with file transfers to the NVC. We are doing everything possible to forward cases to the NVC in a timely manner. There is no standardized time frame for petitions to be scanned into NVC systems after receipt from USCIS. Current working timeframes can be seen at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes/ . We apologize for the delay and appreciate your continued patience. NVC Research Response: (Scanned Approved I797) The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. However, we do not have a record of receiving your approved petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We will contact USCIS to determine the location of your petition. You do not need to take any action at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work with USCIS to make sure your case is moving forward. Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer.
  4. I was approved on August 13, it's October 27th and they still haven't even sent out approved application to the NVC. My USCIS status is stuck at approved. 3-4 months to send a petition is daunting....
  5. I read through you other post. I can see paying for preparing the documents but not monthly subscriptions. There will be about a year of just waiting. I'm detailed and only got one RFE after submitting my application by myself in April 2024. We're now approved and waiting to be sent to the NVC. Download the I129f application and use Adobe to translate the language if needed. I did this and sent it to my fiance in French. We used Whatsapp for her communication. She sent me every field as a message in Whatsapp and I filled in the application. 12a.__<answer>___ She sent me every field like this. My birth certificate, US citizen, was all that was needed to submit the application like someone else pointed out. So requesting the beneficiaries translated certificate seems suspect. They should be able to fill out his date of birth with the one you have. The beneficiaries documents are not needed at this point. This is the initial approval stage. Study the application from beginning to end, you'll familiarize yourself with what is exactly needed and avoid wasting money. That money should be for you two to sit back and enjoy through your efforts of loving team work. Your man should be responsible and mature about this process, yellow flag. You did the right thing by talking to him about your feelings. This process isn't for one partner to stress about alone.
  6. Hang in there but they have posted many times on their site they the new target time for approved I129f applicants is now 2 months. I would see if you can access the Public Inquiry (PI) features and ask for a status update.
  7. Received NOA2 on August 13th and its October 21st and our application is still not sent to the NVC unfortunately. After a PI they pointed fingers at each other and no progress after two additional weeks. The government acts as if they fixed the backlog problem by focusing all the attention on the California Center, meanwhile the NVC in New Hampshire now has a backlog of 385,000 applications and can only schedule ~55,000 interviews a month. The merely moved the problem to another facility and now charge us more money for the Vaseline they use on us. Good ol America for you.
  8. Our NOA2 was received August 13, 2024 for a K1 Visa but our approved application is still not sent to the NVC. It's currently October 21st and it still only says approved
