I am in need of help filling out I-129F form, I am trying to petition my fiance to come here and get married and having trouble specifically about my beneficiary's First/Middle/Last name.
My fiance is from Indonesia and she does not have a family/surname. She only has First Name/Given name in which its consisted of three words.
I just read from USCIS website (uscis.gov) that if Family Name/Surname is left blank, they will reject the form.
What should I do? Her passport only says Given name. Should I place her given on the last name portion only? and leave the first name blank?
