  1. That sounds great! I think we haven't received our new case number yet, i think they told us to wait 30 days before reaching out! It's been very hard to find any information from Sweden! Since there is not too many people who is applying the countries we are from! Did you wait to apply your DS160 when your case was sended to the embassy? Or did you get notice from them that you can start filing it?
  2. So i guess i don't need register new alien since i travel with Esta?
  3. Yes i noticed that today! Kinda frustrating to go all the way to Sweden but no can do 😅 I tried to understant what i read about that new alien registration but i really didin't understant 😅 oh well, i might cut my stay bit shorter then. But do it affect since i travel with Esta? Btw would be great if you can share your steps with Swedish embassy, interview scheduling etc, im not really finding too much info about Sweden!
  4. Thank you for your reply! I haven't yet to receive my case number from NVC, letter they told us to wait 30 days before contact there, so im still waiting that 😊 Do i receive letter from the embassy with my case number? And with information what i need to do next?
  5. Hello, Has anyone applied Visa recently from Finland? i just came across that k1 visa interviews will take place in Sweden? I found this article and am i correct that the interviews will take place in Sweden? Does anyone know has Stockholm lot of backlog etc? We received our NOA2 around a week ago, now waiting it to transfer. Kinda suprised they just recently changed this. If anyone has information how the things work in Embassy in Sweden? Do they send packet, how to book appointment etc, i would be more than happy to hear it, since i have only searched how they handle things in Finland embassy. Nice to know things in advance thank you! The U.S. Embassy in Helsinki, Finland will no longer offer routine immigrant visa services, as of December 2, 2024. The U.S. Department of State has designated the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden, as the processing location for immigrant (immediate relative and family preference), fiancée/fiancé(K), V92/V93 (follow to join asylees/refugees), and Diversity Visa (DV) applications for residents of Finland. For more information, visit the following website. Individuals who were already interviewed at the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki will have their case processed to completion in Finland.
  6. Thank you for your reply! im planning to stay 4 weeks, obviously if we hear something i can always move or cancel my tickets. I have no idea what is the situation in Finland embassy atm. I have full time job and apartment here, so i do have strong ties to home.
  7. Sorry for late reply. Finland! Last time i was in US in January, stayed there around month. Planning to stay this time 4 weeks.
  8. Me and my fiance just received our NOA2, im planning to travel Usa in May to use my summer vacation from work. I know it will take awhile until application to move nvc and then to the embassy. So should i be okay to travel with Esta? Thank you in advance.
  9. We just received our receipt number, NOA1. What are the next step? Are we able to check our case with that receipt number?
  10. I know that i didin't read too carefully the guidance. Im just thinking how long it will take them to send it back? How long the delay will be?
  11. Hi, Few days ago we send our I129 form , and i put our picture evidence very simple binder. For some reason i didin't notice the guidance part to not use binder. So what's gonna happen our application? Im extremely worried that we need to start everything all over again, and it will delay our application a lot. Anyone has any advice on this? Thank you in advantage!
