  1. Update 2: I-765 was rejected because we didn't include the blank forms about using an interpreter.
  2. Thought I'd update you guys. After I contacted USCIS every way possible, and getting no where, I called my bank. Pleaded with them to allow any charges from Homeland Security to go through. They told me, "they would note it, but most likely would get declined as the credit card information was outdated". Though some kind of beaurocratic miracle, the charge went through yesterday. So, not only is our package there, but we paid the old fee structure.
  3. So, I filed the wifes I-485 and I-765 in March. I filled out the extra form so that they could charge my credit card for the fee. Yesterday, I got a new credit card from my bank because the old one was expiring. Without thinking I activated it, thereby "shutting off" the old credit card. But USCIS still hadn't charged me, so now the credit card information they have is no longer good. I've searched all over the USCIS website for an answer on how to update a credit card but have found nothing. Anyone know what to do with this situation? Will our entire package just get thrown out?
