Same exact thing happened to us on september 30 of 2024 lol we had the extracts but needed the exstensa or original versions of birth certificates so got a 221g status and changed to refused. Shipped the originals back to embassy oct 3rd now waiting for update hopefully we receive the same luck will update!

Hi, was wondering if someone can explain exactly what i should be doing at this stage in the process? So I received the K1-FTP letter went online at ustraveldocs and did the DS-160 for all applicants and paid the 265 dollar fee for all applicants. The application asked a few more questions then I got this message "Your request to schedule an appointment has been received and will be reviewed. You will receive an email once your request is approved." Question 1: What does this message mean and what should I expect to happen? Question 2: I have not done medical yet because I think I need to actually have a scheduled interview date "letter" in order to do so yes or no? Question 3: I have completed the I-134 affidavit of support and have tax documents, vaccination records, passports and etc but these are not submitted online only brought with us to interview correct? Question 4: I do not see an option to schedule a VAC yet on ustraveldocs first do we need to do a vac as well for K1? If so how do you schedule that? Thanks in advance for any help!

How many days or how many weeks does it take for your approved k1 to arrive at NVC once sent? Mine was sent on may 29th how long should i expect to wait until NVC receives it?

Priorty Mailed I-129F application to dallas lockbox on 3/22/24 I-129F received by USCIS on 3/25/24 Received notice of receipt I-79C and credit card charged 4/10/24 Paid for monthly PRO subscription to "Track My Visa Now" 12.99 per month My current place in line is 3,457 out of 11,979 when i started 3/25/24 Estimated wait time to hear back from USCIS is Jun 7 to Jul 16 will update with the accuracy of applcation once I get more news. UPDATE: 5/24/2024 Just got email today that my case was approved:) This is my current TMVN status: There are 2,022 cases ahead of you in line. When you started, there were 11,979. Total wait time was 1 month, 4 weeks, 2 days Results: TMVN is not only accurate its algorithm works in real time. USCIS works on cases depending on the week they receive them minus weekends, so once they start working on cases a week or two ahead of yours it appears things speed up quickly. This graph is very accurate showing that once they started working on cases the week before me they got to mine much sooner than expected. In all I would definitly reccommend TMVN to anyone! I am not sure but that is why i am investing in the track my visa application i just want to see if its really accurate and if so then it will be imperical true data for everyone to use and yes i sure hope what you say is true:) Fingers Crossed!

ok i thought the charge of 265$ per kid was part of the I-129F application apparently that is only for the DS-160 correct?

Anyone know why USCIS would only charge 535$ to the credit card if the total fee i permitted was 1330$ which was for 3 k2 visas as well? Does this mean there is an issue with my application concerning the kids? Any help or advice on this would be helpful.
