  1. Don't forget about the income required for I864 if the visa is approved. They are higher than i134. Also the certificate would most likely have no bearing. The petitioner must qualify on their own or get joint sponsor
  2. Make sure you have plenty of time together over multiple visits for the best chance of being approved.
  3. I think it doesn't go to a particular service center but I could be wrong. After approval it goes to nvc and then embassy
  4. No experience, but a well known attorney on YouTube says not to travel internationally except if you're a citizen
  5. If immigration wasn't an issue would you still be together? I think that's the issue other posters haven't mentioned. Never mind trying to put assemble stuff to appear together. You could try to file with divorce waiver if you feel that is where the relationship is headed.
  6. Don't even try. Comming to the US with a non immigrant visa with the intent to marry is fraud and then adjusting status. Go the spouse visa route. Marry in a 3rd country if you have to
  7. Varies, besides filing fees, you have to consider medical exam, airfare etc.
  8. Why do you think you need an attorney? If it's a straight forward case and you can follow instructions on the forms then you can file yourself and save your money.
  9. Why do you think you need an agency or attorney? If you can understand instructions on forms and have a straightforward case then file yourself.
  10. Please complete your timelines they are blank. Ask your self this, no trips more than 6 months, more than half the time in the U.S. Living together up until naturalization. Good grasp of history, civics and English language
  11. Pretty sure you would need to file n600 certificate of citizenship
  12. No more k3 visas are issued, well maybe a few like 10 a year.
  13. What is the priority date? Probably a couple decades
