  1. Please update your timelines. How would you get there?
  2. It wasn't even requested for my now spouse at her cfo. I don't have any background issues, but I suppose you can run check on yourself and have it ready just incase.
  3. Please complete your timelines. I would wait for marriage until you add to bank account, health insurance etc. Would be very difficult without social security number anyway. Focus on getting as much time quality in person meetings. Note that you have to file I485 once your marriage certificate is done within the 90 days of entry. Do not adjust status if she is coming on a visit visa it's fraud if that's the intent before entry into the US.
  4. Entry is always at the discretion of cbp for non citizens with visa
  5. What could a lawyer do? Not sure if if the esta denied could be overcome
  6. What ties does she have to return after her time is up to convince the embassy? Fingerprints scheduling has nothing to do with the denial.
  7. You need 3 years of good earnings evidenced by tax returns. Sounds like you still need a joint sponsor. Also are there any kids to be included?
  8. Sounds like they haven't really spent enough time here. No more than 6 months outside of USA and more than half of your time must be inside the US for naturalization purposes. What ties do they have to USA? A green card is for LIVING in the U.S.
  9. Sounds like your being too casual with your green card status but you have to weigh your risk tolerance. Personally I would focus on citizenship and then you can come and go as you please.
  10. You have to be patient. If uscis needs anything they will issue rfe. I know it's nerve wrecking but this is the process. Try to schedule more in person meetings if possible.
  11. Not meeting in person at all or within last 2 years prior to applying
  12. What does the I94 say Admit Until Date? You can't enter the US with the intent of marriage and adjustment of status.
  13. Did you meet in person within last 2 years before petition was filed?
