    I also had no RFE for my I-360, just approval. You are close to a decision.

    Don’t worry, you are extremely close to approval! Trust me, I was Oct 2020 and my Vawa was approved March 31, 2023. I also did not seek asylum nor was I in removal proceedings. My lawyer also did not apply for AP for me. I missed some serious and important events in my family’s life back home, for which I felt helpless and guilty. So I know how you feel, but trust me, you are close! Did you have any RFE’s along the way? Sometimes that delays processing. I had no RFE for my I-360 and only medical for my I-485. Take care

    Hi everyone, So I checked my case status this morning.. inputting and refreshing the page, like I’ve been doing for years and it said “We ordered your card” “Case approved” like what??? 🙏🏽 I am still shocked and it hasn’t sunk in yet.. I guess when I get my papers from my lawyer and the actual card, I will be less shocked. I am so incredibly grateful 🙏🏽 Good luck to everyone who is still undergoing the process.     I am in neither, but my lawyer never applied for Advanced Parole, just to be “extra cautious”

    where did you send your RFE medicals to? A field office is the USCIS office, where you live. They adjudicate the I-485 applications. My I-360 approval was from Vermont, March 2023 , but I was told to send my RFE medical to NBC Congratulations again! 🤗

    Congratulations to you! My timeline is similar! What was your field office? My RFE medical was received by the NBC in July 2023 and no response since. I also applied to For Vawa oct 2020 and got approved March 2023. thank you!

    Hi everyone, I hope all is well is you all. So, I took the advice of some of you to make an infopass appt, to inquire about the status of my I-485..well, they say that they don’t have it and it’s still with the NBC. What in the world should my next step be? I really would have liked to go home this Christmas, it’s been 9 years .. I’m so sad. It feels like this is never going to happen. My lawyer says that it’s a pain to reach the NBC Any advice? Or should I just go crawl into. Big hole I’m so tired. Thanks everyone! this is my timeline again.. I-360,I-485,I-765 receipt notice oct 9, 2020 I-360 approved March 2023 I-485 RFE-medical NBC April 2023 I-485 RFE response received June 2023 silence since then.. FO doesn’t have my application.
