I'm filling out Form I-129F. I'm on Part 8- Additional Information to add another additional physical address. In the "Page Number" field (part 8, item 3.a.) I wrote 2. In the "Part Number" field (part 8, item 3.b.) I wrote 1. I'm just stuck on what number write for the "Item Number" field (part 8, item 3.c.). Should I write "12.c.", since Physical Address 2 ends at 12.b. (even though 12.c. doesn't exist)? Or should I write 12.b., or should I generalize the item number and write "9.a.-12.b." (since that includes my whole physical address history section)? Thank you

It’s not an obvious solution. Marriage with uscis was not on my side with my previous filing 7 years ago with ex husband. I don’t want to signal red flag with another marriage visa and get denied again.

Does the USCIS mail you a checklist of everything you need to send them?after mailing the application?

Once fiance visa is approved, would a cultural/traditional African wedding ceremony (not marriage with a certificate) impose on his entry? We just want to celebrate marriage with friends and family just before he leaves his homeland since they all may not be able to come to United States for the traditional "white wedding". Would we be able to do a ceremony at least?

I wanted to include my son and family in the wedding in US. That is why I wanted to go the fiance route, so they don't feel like I'm married him before they got to meet him in person. Just to save some hard feelings and be fair since my family has always been there for me. I understand the fiance k1 visa is not a trial but I also understand there would at least be a little time (90 days) for family to get acquainted in person before marriage. This will be my 2nd marriage to an immigrant and I did it alone with no support the 1st time, and the marriage did not last. I just want things to go better and smoother this time around. Thank you so much for all the helpful information. We have talked about the spousal visa but I wanted to ease him into my family out of respect for them so they could have some time to meet him face to face before marriage and digest the reality of our relationship first. You are right, so many things came up and I couldn't visit as often as we planned so now we're here. I may consider spousal visa for this upcoming visit since time and money is very precious here.

Is it too late to file (K1) fiance visa if I'm just 1 or 2 weeks past the 2 year mark? We last met each other from Aug 25-aug 29, 2021.
