My step mom is Filipino and came direct from the Philippines about 14 years ago when she married my dad. I definitely never thought I would fall madly in love with some Filipino guy I met while visiting my step family... But here we are! Max and I met in July of 2007 and ever since then it has been almost impossible to breathe knowing he's on the other side of the planet... We're both really young so this whole visa process has been ridiculously difficult, but it's well worth the effort if it means we can be together again soon ^_^
