@MunnoTheCat got denied again. Appealing it currently got denied for made up reason. 🤷‍♂️ what’s going on doesn’t work this going to Federal court next.

I got a RFE they wanted certified docs from court they already have them submitted got status update they received them. Waiting on approval 🙏 @MunnoTheCat

Yes 2 of them. Spent around 18k so far in less than a year on filing fees and lawyer

Na I ain’t DACA IR7 child of a US Citizen. My interview was March 14,2024 I applied for n400 3x times 2009, May 2023 , September 2023. Literally all 3 times the decision were erred in part of IO officer. Like I stated in the Past my file is huge, they are not attorneys. They have a lot of legal language that has to be broken down.

@Visitor User I Anglolized my name and when I was young I grew up in a kinda racist town the cops use to mess with me for no reason. Most of the charges got dismissed. Mostly weed I had sleep apnea and adhd I was medicating myself.

@Visitor User I been arrested 13 times. Been to prison for marijuana. Was in removal proceedings, won cancellation of removal gov appealed I won again in BIA. Been in America since 89 since I was 9 months. All the documents are in my volumious A-file file. I had my interview last year in Aug they denied me the officer had my release dates wrong so I refilled instead of appealing. Appeals can take up to a year. I refilled a week after the last denial all those docs are conjured together. My last interview was only literally 5 min the supervisor knew it was a mistake the interview prior to the current one I did request a name change though I heard those take a lil longer to get oath ceremony dates. My delay is related to supervisor rechecking my file and verifying everything. You’re going to be fine relax. 😎

@nere0331hes going to fine. I went to prison did some years 13 arrest a few convictions felony Marijuana. Also was in removal proceedings won my case and the gov appealed won again in BIA. I’m apply right now for my n400 it’s my 2nd time less than a year they made a mistake on my release date we just reapplied. I know a few felons that got naturalized as long as it’s nothing in the last 5 years he’s going be just fine.

Had my interview on 3/14 still waiting for oath letter. I got a decision cannot be made. They have to let supervisor look over file. My file is about 1600 pages lol. Third times a charm. Interview lasted 6 min. Asked me only 5 of the yes and no questions. Asked about child support.

Had my 3rd n400 interview, lasted 6 mins very quick ended with decision cannot be made. Hopefully I get approved this time 3rd time is a charm !!
