Yes my spouse is the only immigrant listed. I'm qualifying just on my income, which much higher than the minimum required for many many years.

Hello. My i864ez has been rejected by the NVC. I completely qualify for this form. I make well over the minimum income required, I'm the petitioner (no cosponsors), and my spouse is the only person immigrating. All supporting documents have been accepted. Is this common? Do some embassies (Manila)not accept the i864ez? Should I inquire with NVC? Or just submit the i864. Thank you

Hello. I'm a bit confused about what documents are required for the petitioner at the NVC stage Besides the financial documents. What else is required? Is passport, divorce decree, birth certificate, and others required for the petitioner? Thank you
