Unfortunately, many people do not fill out their timelines which makes the prediction of the site more inaccurate. It's very hard to be accurate in any circumstance because USCIS sometimes gets up to strange antics such as skipping two entire weeks of submissions. Hi dear VisaJourney community, I am currently preparing my AOS documentation so that when we are ready, we can file them as quickly as possible. One of the requirements for Form I-485 is to provide my I-94. I have an extensive I-94 as I've been hopping back and forth between NL and the US every few months. I provided it during my K1 application. However, when I tried to pull up my I-94 today...the website said there was no record of my travels. Which is very odd. Is this normal after a status change (from VWP to K1)? Should I send a message to the CBP? (I checked if I had filled in my details correctly...five times)

I was able to make appointments that were a week away up to two months away. Your mileage may vary.

Absolutely yes it will very much affect their future visits or visa applications. Staying longer than permitted is taken extremely seriously and can result in a ban from entering the USA for up to ten years or even permanently. Even staying for one day longer than your visa permits could result in a ban or at least make it very difficult to obtain a new visa. Do not overstay.

If you did your medical at the IHCH, you can e-mail them and they will send you the DS-3025 to you digitally. That's what I did for mine.

Not sure what you mean by 'the live scan person'. The question is, do you actually need a 'live scan' for your visa petition? Probably not. Please note that most forum members recommend you file your own petition and application, as simple cases are better done by yourself. It tends to prevent issues because you care way more about getting it right than third parties do. If you'd like professional assistance, you could approach some of the organisations that are trusted by VisaJourney members such as Boundless.
