  1. @soco, yes just do the CoA online and you should be fine. I did call USCIS and asked for tier 2 support probably 10 times to make sure they actually updated the address on their back end though. They’re known to not to update the address even when you’ve submitted it
  2. Same as zeugst here, filed Jan 2023 and got the update that fingerprints were reused! Also YSC/Potomac. Lol now I don’t have to worry about traveling and missing biometrics, at least for the i751.
  3. Has anyone had any success applying to GE while I-751 is pending? It looks like it’s been a 50-50 chance for folks in the past (but this is based on super old threads). People seem to have tried by bumping out the expiry date on their green card (to whatever extension letter says it is).
  4. I’m guessing this was my previous post about global entry — nobody replied to that thread and I couldn’t figure out a way to delete it, so i had posted it here. any tips for whether or not someone might read it and be able to answer? Original thread here Thanks!
  5. Anyone recently had success applying for Global Entry while their I-751 is pending? I know I know, I should’ve done it while I was on the 2 year GC but procrastinated. if you succeeded, while applying, did you just put down the extension letter’s expiry date (as the 2 yr GC has obviously expired?)
  6. Hi there, when you applied for global entry with your expired GC and extension letter, did you just put the expiry date of the extension letter (your expiry date + however long the letter extends it for) on the Global entry app? Thinking of trying this as well. My situation is ROC (I-751). Thank you.
  7. thanks so much both for the detailed responses. Happy to hear that it worked for you, Charlys&Indy. Yeah we are not planning on going anywhere for more than 6 days so I think we should be fine, just that I think a lot of people tend to err on the side of caution and I tend to be a paranoid person yet at the same time wanna live my life 😅😅😅
  8. Did you reach out by submitting a service request? And they weren’t able to tell you whether or not it was scheduled? and did you mean informed delivery? Curious to know if you traveled between when you submitted and biometrics; and that there are other people doing this!
  9. Gotcha thanks! So weird. It also looks like I can’t sign up for the egov USCIS account, djd they end up merging that with myUSCIS or are retiring it? Feel like I read about that somewhere and now can’t find it lol
  10. Where do you see a documents tab? I only signed up for myUSCIS and not the other older site, and can’t see a documents tab anywhere.
  11. Given this, do people feel like they are gonna not travel internationally until they get some notification that biometrics are waived or something? Some of the cases I’ve seen on here have taken a year or more for the biometrics to come through or be waived.. or that bio usually only happens if the person applies for n400
  12. That sounds terrible . How did they know the denial was because they rescheduled biometrics and not some other issue with their app? and you mean expired GC, extension letter and valid passport right just to check?
  13. Has anyone gotten their biometrics yet for Jan 2023 filers at YSC? Am traveling out of the country for a week in April so I’m a little bit nervous since we haven’t received biometrics yet, but we can travel before biometrics (if that even happens) so long as we can reschedule is that right?
