  1. Since I'm not in the military, we want to make sure the mission organization and the documents will qualify. Also, we'd like to make sure we don't unintentionally sabotage the opportunity for 319B by trying to closely adhere to the general requirements for an IR1. For example, we're supposed to show we have a domicile in the US for the IR1, but if we're turning around and leaving to serve abroad, we don't want to sign a long-term lease. Lots of little things like this is why we'd like to consult with an attorney experienced in this matter
  2. Hello Everyone! This is our first post on this site. We were referred here by some friends who took advantage of expeditious naturalization under 319B years ago. I'm not how, if at all, the laws or processes have changed. But, I think we should consult with an immigration attorney about how my spouse might qualify for expeditious naturalization under 319B provided my missionary organization qualifies. I had consulted with a few attorneys before and they never mentioned the possibility of expeditious naturalization. Can anyone recommend an attorney with experience in 319B for a spouse of a missionary?
