    Just going to put this here since there's no thread for May. We sent in the packet on May 7 and were informed of the extension on May 15. Biometrics were waived. Since we got married in April of 2023, my husband will be applying for the N-400 next May.

    Congratulations! It happens. My husband had his green card in hand in less than 3 months (submitted AOS toward the end of May and got the green card in the beginning of August with no interview required). We were confused and surprised, but happy!

    Just received an update that the EAD card has been produced! So it was approved on June 21 and the card was produced on July 3.
