Japan K-1 visa: moving company recommendations

My fiance will be moving from Tokyo, Japan once our K-1 visa is approved. Does anyone have recommendations on reputable moving companies? At least one that my fiance contacted said that they cannot ship goods based on a K-1 visa because it does not have a long enough duration. I suspect that is tied to the classification as a Non-Immigrant Visa, but that is only a guess. Is that something others have encountered when hiring a moving company? Thanks in advance for any insight!
