  1. Your time will come. I filed in Sep 2022 and it took 355 days for our NOA2. I suspect 1 year will be the norm here in short order.
  2. I may be mistaken here, but we received an RFE, same letter, because I (the sponsor) did not submit proof of citizenship. When you say her passport, do you mean the sponsor?
  3. We replied to the email and stated that very thing this morning. Can't win them all I guess. Thanks
  4. Thank you. I appreciate it.
  5. Yes I know that. Let me rephrase. She filed from her account with my assistance. Her english isn't the best.
  6. I am the petitioner. I filed the request on behalf of my spouse. There is no previous visa/greencard sponsorship outside of her K1 and AOS, both approved.
  7. Prior petitioners? Can you elaborate? I was not able to view any files posted to the account either before or now.
  8. I recently did a FOIA request regarding my (now) spouses vaccination record, as she was not given anything back at her POE in Newark. I filed on her behalf in Mid November and we got a response the day after Christmas. Yesterday I got an email saying there had been an update to the claim/case number. I logged into the first.uscis account and everything had been purged. Following this, today I received an additional email. I am attaching a screenshot. This strikes me as a bit odd. Also, how do I respond? Do I reply to the email? I am not certain what they are even referring to as far as the ENTIRE set of records. Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks in advance Seth
  9. Yes, we were very fortunate.
  10. I am curious as well. My wife is wanting to fly home to Vietnam for Tet in January. Her VN passport and GC with marriage license will suffice, as I understand it? State ID/Social Security card as backup or no?
  11. Congrats! Now on to AOS and the (slightly less than 129) headaches it entails! FYI, I received an RFE for our I-864 because I did not provide proof of my US citizenship with it. Seems silly as our 129 was approved, etc, but nonetheless I received it.
  12. The engagement ceremony, "Le Dinh Hon" does not cause any issues as far as the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City is concerned, speaking specifically about Vietnam. I would go so far as to say that NOT having it would draw more questions than having it. It is a well known custom there, so no, you do not appear to be "too married" as it is not a wedding. I used many photos of ours as proof of relationship, as did a friend of mine and both our (now) spouses passed the interview with no issues and are here in the US.
  13. Hey man! Seth. I just went through the whole K1 process. Got her conditional greencard a month ago. Shoot me a message.
  14. You were spot on! Thank you very much
  15. Checking it. Thanks everyone!
