thats the problem i cannot facetime since phones are not allowed inside the prison. only their landline number

oh congratulations! so they came to ur house after the ROC approved. problem is my husband is only at home from Mon to Thurs. Hes working far from our home and so were only together fri to sunday only. hes a correctional officer so his work schdule is not the usual schedule. which year did you file? I filed on dec 6 2022 and my biometrics will be on Jan 5, 2023. afater the biometrics what will be the next?

coz my husband is not always at home he works as a correctional officer he only comes thurs to sunday. so if ever that is the case i need to give his number if they look for him

I searched on the topic and saw several people already posted about this topic. I want to know if recently someone experienced USCIS home visit? I married a US citizen and currently my 130 , 485 is on process. AOS from Tourist visa to green card marriaged based visa. Does the USCIS visit after the interview? My husband works far from our home so hes renting a room near his work. he only comes every thurs to sunday at our home. So what if the USCIS agent look for him , what should i do? Shall i give his number so they can call him and validate hes working right?

hi there! thanks for the reply! i received my online access code and i checked the documents sent to me. so it says that my appointment will be on jan 5. I got panicked when i saw the status On December 17, 2022, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and sent you an appointment notice. I thought they scheduled it on dec 17: ) hi yes i got the access code now and i saw the letter alreayd. it says on jan 5.

Hi Everyone We filed for 131,485,765, 864 and 130 and USCIS received my application on Dec6. my 485 Adjustment of Status is from Tourist Visa and I married a US citizen. I checked the status of my 485 last Decemvber 16 and it says: On December 17, 2022, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and sent you an appointment notice. We checked our mailbox no Biometrics appointment we received. Has anyone experience this? What should i do? attached is the screenshot from the USCIS status online.
