Haven’t received packet that includes interview scheduling?

My fiancé lives in London and our case is now ‘ready’. We completed the Ds-160 and I-134 forms. We haven’t received any packet regarding the interview and medical scheduling. Can we go ahead and schedule them ourselves??

Hello VisaJourney, this is probably a long shot and the answer is likely no but is my fiancé(Jamaican citizen currently living in the Uk) allowed to send his information he gathered, to receive his police certificate from Jamaica, to me? I live in the USA and I want to send it because he tried to send it today but was told by the post office(he went to several) that they do not accept money orders. I just want to get a money order and send the documents to Jamaica. I’ve tried calling the office for Jamaica and every number that is listed online is either busy or unavailable. Not really sure what to do because I have several other questions regarding the police certificate but there is no one available to speak to and I can’t find any email addresses. My fiancé sending the documents to me is a last resort.

Hello everybody, I need some help regarding a police certificate for my fiance. My fiance lives in the U.K. although his home country is Jamaica. He moved to the U.K. at 16 years old. We got the police certificate for U.K. in August 2022. Our case got approve and we are waiting for the next step to schedule an interview. Did the police certificate expire, or can he bring it with him to the interview? & does he need a police certificate for Jamaica?
