  1. I’ve experienced some trouble marrying the cases and had to request it a third time. Your explanation is my understanding. I just assumed that I was skipped since my husbands DQ was June 18, 2022 and the IL’s up to June 30, 2022 DQ were issued. Thank you.
  2. Thank you for the response. I know the matter of AOS fees to be different. For this reason, I didn’t ask about the fees. However, they do have their own AOS. I probably should have said “connect their cases” instead of “connect to their fathers AOS”. I apologize for that. I assume the case is stalled, but if his case isn’t linked to the kids’ case, it doesn’t seem as though their cases should be a cause. Just my thoughts.
  3. Hello, It was a very exciting moment to see that June 2022 DQ's were receiving IL's. I saw June 16, 27, 9th, and 30 all get interview letters. The June 9th was received on June 29th, and I felt there was still hope of my own. June 30th came and disappeared, and NOTHING FOR ME! I saw in a FB group (two days ago) that someone from June 27 did not get their own and was still waiting. I felt maybe there was still hope. But, my faith is waxing and my mood is dropping. So here is the back story.... I applied for my husband's I-130 May 11, 2021, he DQ'ed June 18, 2022. The plan was to leave the children in Nigeria for school (Boarding School and University). The one child who was to go to university could not get in. We submitted and expedited his I-130, he was added to the AOS with his father, and DQ'd December 23, 2022. The Naira Scarcity hit and things have plummeted increasingly, causing us to not have reliable care for the 3 younger kids (even in boarding school), so we filed and expedited their I-130 and are currently at NVC with all DS-260 fees paid and documents submitted, but two of these three children were not added to their fathers AOS. Making two children not having documents fully submitted. Here's my question..... Is it the later submission of the children's cases or the unpaid AOS fees that caused my husband's case to be stalled? I know you are not "Experts", but truly someone must have some insight. Please help.
  4. I have seen people commenting in a group about DQ up to June 16, 2022 IL for August 28, 2023.
  5. Seek an attorney before you do anything! Your work is a work from home position. You aren’t really remote. Your hired to work from home. Again, get an attorney.
  6. Have you spent any time with his parents?
  7. Once you have expedited at USCIA (assuming this is where you are in the process), you will need to submit expedite request to NVC. Alert them to USCIS approval of expedite.
