Hi! Yes, my partner and I know how to write in Arabic, so writing the native language is not an issue. I'm asking more about how others structured the document (separate lines for first name, last name, street address, city, etc.) as well as if it is necessary to also write the English translation of the name/address. Thanks in advance if you have any advice on how to structure the document.

My beneficiary's native language is Arabic. For the USCIS prompt below, we had two questions: (1) What format did you use in this document (did you separate out first name, middle name, etc. into separate lines) (2) Did you write the English translation next to the native language? Or did you only include the native language? (3) IF you wrote the English translation, did you need to submit translator certification? I provided my best guess below. Would really appreciate advice others have received on the same topic. Thank you!
