  1. Yes you can. I live in Texas and traveled within including south of the border, stopped once during the night (just normal border patrol check) I showed my passport & visa (I also have my I-94 screenshot but the state trooper didn’t look for it) and I’m good to go. Previous K1 visa now GC holder.
  2. Thank you and we appreciate all the help you provided here.
  3. Yeah the 2-3 months NVC case creation means they received the petition from USCIS. So if you received your NOA 2 mid October, the prediction is you might have a case # by mid Jan. 2023 at the most. From my end I am expecting a case# by mid Feb. following that timeline. By logic, the most important thing is to get the case# generated. I mean, I don't see the petition going anywhere else aside from NVC. They do batch processing just looking at the approval style, which is why you will see Aug. that was approved around end of Oct. and some Aug. petitioners that got approved just yesterday (Dec.).
  4. Based from my observation, it takes 2-3 months for NVC to create a case for the petition and have the status Case Ready. I don't monitor though the timeline of processese such as: NVC receipt of the petition from USCIS, NVC Case Review time, Change from assigning case# to in transit to case ready.
  5. Congratulations!!!! Now, we're ready for the USCIS to NVC Case creation. I saw some posts that it takes 2-3 months.
  6. You will see a speed spike of Ukraine and Russia petitions because they can claim for humanitarian reasons due to war. In fact if I am not mistaken the US government made a statement that they will prioritize those who are affected in the war zone areas. I also belong to a group of July and August filers and the approvals are really "scattered."
  7. No, the beneficiary's country does not affect the NOA 2 timeframe. As per USCIS, the current prcessing timeframe is 15 months for 80% of the monthly case.
  8. Hang in there. You will probably be included this week. I think we belong to the same batch. Crossing fingers for you.
  9. Oh no I don't mean that you are not paying attention. I'm sharing it just in case you will do a re-scan or count, something along those lines, that can help.
