    Your seemingly cavalier attitude to this whole process is definitely impressive 😎 most people are desperate to file everything long before the deadline comes close. My wife and I got married within a week of her getting here and we filed for everything not long after.

    No it doesn’t, my wife moved here (PA) from Poland in 2023 and drove for a year on her Polish license, which is what I meant by international license. I verified this with the PA DMV website.
