  1. Thank you so much! if we decide to send it once he starts his new job, do you think it will be a problem since it’s new?
  2. Hello everyone I arrived in the US on a K1 visa on 5/15 and married my fiancé on 6/23 we are organizing all the AOS paperwork to send it in the next few weeks. My fiancé was just offered a promotion at a new company and would start in 1 month from now if he accepts (at both his current and new job he would earn above +125% of the poverty line). - Do you guys think it can be a problem that it is a new job? - Is it better to send the i-864 with the information about his new job or send the i-864 with his current job? - What kind of evidence can we include? We can get a letter of employment but we would have at most 1 paystub from his new job, we also have the tax transcript for the last 3 years. Thank you very much.
  3. Hello everyone, My fiancé filed his taxes on Feb 2nd and we still do not have the 2022 tax transcript. I have received package 3 from the US embassy in Madrid where they ask me for the most recent tax transcript, however, the most recent one we have would be 2021. In 2021 my fiancé was not working for his current company. He has been working there since January 2022. In both companies he exceeded poverty lines. All we can do is submit the tax transcript for 2021, W2 for 2022, plus pay stubs for the last few months and the welcome letter from his current company stating the annual salary. Do you think this is enough or do you recommend us to wait for the 2022 tax transcript? Thank you so much!
  4. Okay, thank you so much! Thank you! I was just wondering if it's okay for him to email me the transcripts and just print them or if he needs to print them, sign the pages, and send them to me so i get the "original" ones.
  5. Hello, everyone! I was wondering if my fiancée has to sign the tax transcripts and if that’s the case then does he need to send me the original tax transcript with a “wet” signature (mail) or a scan copy is fine? thank you!
  6. Thank you so much! He summited his taxes yesterday and we just need to wait for the transcript. Fingers crossed we'll get it on time! 🤞
  7. Hello everyone, Our petition was sent to the U.S. Embassy in Madrid today. In January 2022 my fiancé started a new job and was all last year there and continues in the same job as of today, but the 2022 tax transcript will not be available for 3-4 weeks after he uploads his taxes. What can we do if the 2022 tax transcript is not available when I am asked for package 3? Would the 2021 tax transcript and a letter from your employer explaining how long you have been working and how much you earn annually be sufficient? We can also send pay checks. Thank you in advance!
