    Thanks so much for your prompt response. So if the CBP asked us whether our sponsor is resident in US. All we need answer is YES. Thank you.

    Please can you throw more light on the above. We are parents of US citizen entering the US with IR5 visa. Our Citizen daughter is in the US active duty Army stationed in Germany. Even right there in the Germany Military base, her address is USA address. She will not be able to travel with us because of official duties. She has signed a lease for a house that we will be staying in USA. We also have a lot of relatives in the State. Must she be physically present when we are entering US? Thanks for your help.
