    Hello everyone, I’m from Nigeria and wish to transfer my case to Serra Leone, the wait time after DQ in Lagos Nigeria is crazy, my questions are as follows Firstly, I have never been to Serra Leone before,how do I go about it been transferred ,I heard I need some kind of permit from Serra Leone before I can do that? Secondly, what’s d wait time in Serra Leone after been DQ? I was DQ February 8 2023, pls I need ur response, thanks

    Oh wow! And my wife and I have a large age difference too, I’m praying mine is different, she’s twice my age, she’s visiting this year, that will make it 3 times she’s visiting, each visit we spend 3 weeks together

    I got DQ February 8 last month , so we both got to wait for a long time, from what I’m seeing and hearing, it’s gonna be a long wait, sad!

    From the timelines I have seen, it seems k1 visas are processed way faster than the spousal visa, how can someone be waiting for a year and 6 months after getting DQ, it’s ridiculous.

    So u have been DQ for almost a year and half, that’s ridiculous, I just got DQ this month, not sure I can bear to wait for another year before interview, it’s crazy

    Good day everyone, the attorney handle our case made a mistake on my ds260 form, my passport issuing and expiring date was interchanged, the date was put in place of the month and the month put in place of the date, I contacted NVC , they said I can’t do anything about it, I have to wait until I get to the interview, do u guys think this will pose a big problem? Thank you!

    We got an RFE from Uscis to submit our originals, the marriage certificate and birth certificate and that they would return them to us, we were approved 22nd of December 2022 and we are now at the NVC stage, they are yet to return the originals and we need to scan it for our DS260 , I’m thinking of getting a certified true copy from the marriage registry here in Nigeria, how do I request my originals back from Uscis? Thank u guys
