    In the online petition for I-130 it talks about having a joint bank account, property, or investments together to show proof of a bona fide marriage, but what i don't understand is that for after they come to the USA. Bcs my bank doesn't allow a bank account without a permanent residence card issued by Homeland Security? Bcs it says that just the marriage certificate alone isn't enough proof of a bona-fide marriage or relationship, so that's why I added about 20 photos of my wife and I together with our kids and some of her family from different times that I've visited her since we got married last March 2024. I would think that the fact that we have a daughter together would also be evidence of a bona-fide relationship and marriage in addition to the marriage certificate. Pls advise me of anything else I can possibly add. We have a lot together in the province but it's not paid off yet til next year. So I didn't include that yet because we don't have the title yet as we're still making payments.

    Ok thanks! I got it mixed up with the form I-130, bcs I know I have to file a separate I-130 form for my wife and stepdaughter! So I have to pay $625 × 2!

    Hi, where am I supposed to upload photos of me with my wife and family on the I-130 online petition bcs i didn't see any place to add photos? Also, if im going to file the I-129F for the K3 and K4 visa with the I-130 form do i need to do 2 copies of the I-129F like i do with the spousal petition or just 1 (1 for each beneficiary)? Do you guys recommend filing the I-129F with the I-130 petition? I just don't want to delay the spousal petition, so i just want to make sure! Do i need to fill out the form I-130A as well (1 for each beneficiary), and upload it to the online petition? Pls let me know! I'm just trying to do this right the first time so I don't have any further delays! Thanks, Jack

    Thanks for that information! However, when I tried to click on the link to see the info your pulling up but it's not showing up for the uscis immigrant fee. Can you pls tell me where you are getting this info from?
